Health service facilitation

South Worcestershire Primary Care Trust were keen to involve all their key stakeholders - from service providers to patient groups and NGOs – in the change necessary to modernise services and balance the books. A series of challenging workshops were managed and facilitated by Marketing Squared, with a report produced quickly to fit in with the Trust’ s board timetable.
