A regional estate agency wanted to boost the number of valuations they were asked to carry out by home sellers - an essential step to growing the number of houses they are asked to sell. We were asked to plan and carry our research to find out how potential vendors viewed the agencies in their area and which features and services offered by agencies were most attractive.
